A - General information

We invite you to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale immediately before making any purchase, as they can be modified or updated at any time. By completing the purchase, you will fully accept these General Sale Conditions.

The following general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales contracts between MRR Bullets S.r.l  S.r.l., the company established and regulated by Italian laws with headquarters in Via Volta, 92, Gardone Val Trompia, Brescia, VAT number 04140440985 Tax Code 04140440985, which manages this website and the Customer.

Should the sale concerns a gun, the customer must have the residence within the Italian territory. The residence is extended to Europe, the United States and Canada only for the sale of accessories and spare parts.

B - Orders 

MRR Bullets S.r.l delivers the Products purchased to the address indicated by the Customer, within 7 days from the order.

For all orders placed on the mrrbullets.com website, an order confirmation by e-mail will be sent to the address indicated by the Customer in his data sheet. MRR Bullets S.r.l  S.r.l. may at its discretion refuse an order or decide whether to accept in whole or in part any changes requested by the customer, provided that such requests are received by MRR Bullets S.r.l before packing the selected items. No payment will be taken until shipment has been made.

If one or more items in the customer's order are not available, MRR Bullets S.r.l  will have no obligation to supply the out of the stock item; in this eventuality, MRR Bullets S.r.l will notify the Customer of the unavailability of the ordered item and will not charge any amount of the referred item.

C - Prices

The prices of the items indicated are expressed in Euro or in Dollars according to the country from which you want to order and are inclusive of VAT for Italy and for the countries of the economic area of the European Union, are expressed without VAT for the remaining countries. MRR Bullets S.r.l  will do its best to always guarantee that the prices indicated on the mrrbullets.com website are correct and updated. Delivery costs are charged to the customer and adequately highlighted in the order.

The price shown on the site is applied to the products, when the order is sent, without any consideration of previous offers or any price changes that occurred later.

E - Payment method

Payment can be completed through:

- PayPal / Credit Card

In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, upon completion of the order, the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page. The amount related to the order is charged to the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition. In case of cancellation of the order, either by the Customer or in case of non-acceptance by MRR Bullets S.r.l, the amount will be refunded to the Customer's PayPal account. Order cancellation is possible as long as the order is not yet in stock preparation. Requested the cancellation of the transaction, in no case MRR Bullets S.r.l can be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by PayPal. At no time during the purchase process MRR Bullets S.r.l is able to know the financial information of the Customer. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility of this data being intercepted. No computer file of MRR Bullets S.r.l contains, nor stores, such data. For each transaction performed with the PayPal account the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail from PayPal.

Payment by credit card can be made only and exclusively through the PayPal payment gateway.

- Advance Bank Transfer

In the case of payment by bank's wire, the order will be processed and shipped only from the working day following the crediting of the amount on the company account. Payment must be made within 5 working days under penalty of cancellation of the order. The bank details are shown on the confirmation email. The "order number" indicated in the confirmation email must be indicated in the bank's wire details.

F - Lack of payment

MRR Bullets S.r.l. reserves the unquestionable right to stop the shipment of the goods in cases where the customer has not regularly paid the full amount of the item or there are pending legal actions concerning the order in question..

G - Purchasing invoice

PRIVATE:

Whatever the order and payment methods, the customer will receive a regular invoice attached to the package from MRR Bullets S.r.l., where a copy of the same invoice is recorded.

For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer must be authentic, therefore MRR Bullets S.r.l recommends the customer to always check, with the utmost attention, the correctness of the information provided.

H - Deliveries

The product is delivered by definition to the billing / shipping address indicated on the order form.

In the event that the delivery address is different from the billing address, the Customer is required to clearly indicate the two different addresses in the order form, such to avoid delivery errors of the goods.

In the event that the order includes a gun the purchase is limited exclusively to the Italian territory and the delivery address will be that of the chosen collection point (MANDATORY the gun dealer).

In the event that delivery is delayed for reasons beyond MRR Bullets S.r.l reasonable control, the Customer will be notified in writing.

I - SHIPPING

Shipping costs will be defined as per the table below:

L - Complaints

The buyer is required to check the weights and contents of the packages upon arrival.

After 14 (fourteen) days from the collection of the goods by the recipient, this is considered fully accepted. Any complaint referred to the types and quantities supplied and to obvious defects, therefore, under penalty of forfeiture, must be reported in writing within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery.

If the product received by the customer is defective, it can be sent back to MRR Bullets S.r.l  S.r.l. within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt. It must be returned in its original packaging and complete with all the accessories that may be included into the package. The product can be replaced or refunded. In the event of a refund, the refunded amount will be that of the product only, excluding any packaging, shipping and insurance costs.

Return shipping costs are totally paid by the buyer. MRR Bullets S.r.l  S.r.l. recommends the insured delivery of the shipment since the return goods are under the full responsibility of the buyer. Ruined items will not be refunded due to incorrect use of the customer.

M - Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without explanation and without any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (e.g. letter sent by registered mail with return receipt, fax or e-mail) to the following address:

Effects of withdrawal
In response, we will send a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal by printable email (e.g. via e-mail).

The buyer is requested to return the goods or deliver them directly to MRR Bullets S.r.l  S.r.l. with headquarters in Gardone V.T. (BS) in Via volta, 92 without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment you communicated the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the expiration of the 14 (fourteen) days period.

Should the buyer withdraws from this contract, all payments made in our favor will be refunded, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs deriving from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the goods. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the buyer will not incur in any additional costs as a consequence of this refund. The refund will be credited within 3-5 working days from the moment the returned product has reached our logistics center.

Warning! In case of gun return, the retun shipment must be MANDATORY carried out by the referenced gun dealer who will take care of the transport to our company.

N - Warranty

The warranty is valid only in favor of the original Buyer, who is required to submit references of the purchase data. Warranty repairs or replacements are carried out exclusively by the seller. Shipping costs to MRR Bullets S.r.l  are paid by the Buyer.

O - Data Processing

The processing of data concerning your person is carried out within the MRR Bullets S.r.l database and in compliance with the provisions of the European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) regarding personal data.
